Director
Tim Fry
Tim leads on client engagement, identifies and evaluates development opportunities and manages projects for quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. He is also passionate about integrating sustainability into developments, using building design, low-carbon energy technology and advanced construction methods to reduce carbon emissions and energy bills as well as enhance building performance and occupant comfort.
With a Masters in Sustainability and Environmental Management and a research background in studying the economic impact of sustainable practices, Tim is committed to guiding the creation of low-impact homes, fuelled by his passion for sustainable technology and innovation integration.
Junior Quantity Surveyor
Harry Harbey
Currently pursuing a Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Management degree apprenticeship at Nottingham Trent University while working towards RICS certification, Harry plays a pivotal role. He oversees projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines, and manages contractors and sub-contractors across various projects.
With prior experience as an estimator, Harry efficiently analyses build schedules and materials, and his studies contribute to building design, innovative construction methods, and their implementation across Golden Brook projects. Driven by a passion for project completion, client satisfaction, and meeting expectations, Harry embraces challenges and excels in achieving exceptional results.

Bob Harbey
Robert (Bob), left school in 1982 at the age of 16 and started his career as an electrician. After completing his apprenticeship, Bob joined a startup technology company which he ran with his business partner for over 30 years. Bob gained valuable experience and skills during this time and ultimately developed the business into a multi-million pound publicly listed plc.
This ultimately led him to combine his passion with construction and the creation of luxury homes, integrating technology within the building fabric to ensure a state-of-the-art home for security, comfort, and convenience. Making daily living simple, effortless and most importantly discrete. Bob continues to take an active role in the future of Golden Brook and in particular sustainability.

Becky Harbey
A finance professional with a background as a Financial Controller in the travel industry, Becky brings a wealth of experience to the team. Her roles in Operations, Account Management, and Implementation showcase her solid financial knowledge. With her flair for detail and interior design, Becky also contributes creatively to projects.
Becky oversees finances and operational management, leveraging her extensive career in forensic accounting. Her meticulous approach ensures ongoing financial diligence, the keystone between information reporting and maintaining financial integrity. Becky's commitment instils peace of mind and security for clients in their investments, making her an invaluable asset to the team.
